What are you grateful for? Take the challenge..

So I've been nominated by Momo Shaker ( my grand son) to do the positivity/gratitude challenge. To do the challenge, for 5 days write at least 3 things you're grateful for. And each day you nominate people who then must do the same.
***
Since The Blessings for which I am grateful are beyond count and comprehension, I'll be as concise as possible getting at the essence of what I am grateful for. And will think it  out loud and write it down in just one shot, instead over five days.
Here I go:
1- grateful for God creating me ..me not somebody else.
2- grateful for God creating me in the faith of Islam and giving me the faculties to think, question, meditate, to feel and see Him in me and with me.
3- grateful for God bestowing on me qualities of a teacher, the love of teaching, reading, and writing.
4- grateful for God's Grace, lending me a hand in my downfalls.
5- grateful for God giving me the chance to live that long to witness life in its unfolding from generation to another.
6- grateful for having lived in the era of radio transistors, to black and white television, writing letters and waiting for the postman delivery...to the internet and virtual reality.
7- grateful for books and my lasting friendship with their authors, and friends we shared together the joy of reading.
8- grateful for every one who gave a book as a gift, they stand as stars in my memory.
9- grateful for my students of twenty years of teaching.
10- grateful for Twitter, connecting me with many of my former students, and opening a horizon for new friendships.
11- grateful for my Eritrean adopted family and my blood family that's unique in every respect, believing in education and the freedom to choose.
12- grateful for my I Pad.
13- grateful for Momo Shaker challenge to have quality time meditating on why we do exist?
Note: I'll refrain from nominating a name to take the challenge, but it's open for whoever would like to dive in.
